Terms and Conditions

Host: An individual or entity organizing an event and registering with MubarakPay to collect monetary gifts.

Guest/User: An individual making a payment or monetary gift to the host through MubarakPay.

Event: Any social or personal event (e.g., wedding, birthday, religious gathering) for which the host collects monetary contributions.

Platform: The MubarakPay website or related interfaces through which users interact with our service.

To register as a Host, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and verifiable personal and banking information.
• Be the lawful recipient of the collected funds.

We reserve the right to reject any registration request at our sole discretion.

• Hosts register through the MubarakPay website and provide: Full name, CNIC/NIC/ID, phone number, email, and valid bank account information (title must match name), and event details.
• After verification, a unique QR code and payment link will be generated.
• Guests can scan the QR or click the link to make payments using bank cards (credit/debit), digital wallets, or Raast transfers (when integrated).
• Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway.
• A platform fee and payment gateway fee (if applicable) will be deducted from each transaction.
• Once the event concludes, funds (net of fees) are disbursed to the Host’s registered account.
• Hosts will receive a digital record listing payee names (if shared), payment amounts, and personal messages (optional).

• MubarakPay charges a service fee per transaction. The percentage or fixed fee will be disclosed at the time of registration.
• Additional charges may apply from the payment gateway or financial partners.
• All fees are deducted prior to disbursement of funds.

• Funds will be disbursed after the event date once we have received the complete settlement from our collection partner.
• Disbursements are subject to successful payment clearance and fraud/risk checks.
• In rare cases, disbursement may be delayed due to unforeseen issues with the payment processor, compliance checks, or banking delays.

• All payments are considered final and non-refundable unless proven to be fraudulent or erroneous.
• Guests who wish to raise a concern must contact info@mubarakpay.com with transaction details.
• MubarakPay reserves the right to investigate and resolve disputes at its sole discretion.

• Ensure all information provided is true, complete, and up to date.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Display or share the QR code and payment link responsibly.
• Refrain from impersonating others or collecting on behalf of individuals/entities without consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fundraising that violates local laws (e.g., gambling, political campaigns without disclosure).
• Manipulate or falsify payment records.
• Interfere with the platform's operations or security.
• Use fake identities or fraudulent banking information.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any account in case of suspicious or unlawful activity.
• Change, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
• Withhold or reverse disbursement if fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes arise.

• All personal and transactional data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• MubarakPay may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve services and for internal analytics.

MubarakPay is not liable for:

• Failed or delayed disbursements caused by the payment partner or banks.
• Losses due to incorrect user-entered information.
• Unauthorized access to a host’s account due to negligence.

MubarakPay may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
